However, the solution presented by you(=상무님; executive) means the terms "compromise or consideration" and then you hastily concluded the meeting due to schedule conflict with another meeting.

 

Firstly, there is no doubt that the point mentioned by you was valuable.

 

However, upon my personal reflection, I think it is a shame that there would have been a better problem-solving way.

 

Terms like consideration or compromise are important in the context of human relationships, but they may not be suitable when it comes to determining which one is right and wrong in the progress of work.

 

In business, I carefully believe crystal-clear criteria and objective evaluations are often more important.

 

Therefore, I would like to ask the following questions since I am curious about how to cope with similar situations in the future.

지난 주 회의의 목적은 특정 문제에 관해 두 관리자 간에 이메일을 주고받으며 특정 문제를 해결하기 위한 것이었습니다.

 

그런데 귀하(=상무님; 간부)가 제시한 해결책은 '타협이나 배려'라는 뜻이었는데, 다른 회의와 일정이 겹치면서 성급하게 회의를 마무리하게 되었습니다.

 

첫째, 귀하가 언급한 내용이 가치 있는 내용임에는 의심의 여지가 없습니다.

 

하지만 개인적으로 생각해 보면 더 좋은 해결 방법이 있었더라면 안타까운 마음이 들었습니다.

저는 사업에 있어서 명확한 기준과 객관적인 평가가 더 중요할 때가 많다고 굳게 믿습니다.
