: 집단 지성(集團知性, 영어: collective intelligence, group intelligence)은 다수의 개체들이 서로 협력 혹은 경쟁을 통하여 얻게 되는 결과를 말한다.[1] 집단지성은 연구 분야의 하나이나 유사과학같은 성향이 강하며 조작과 왜곡이 되기 쉽다. 누구나 수정할 수 있는 위키들이 집단지성을 나타낸다. 스타벅스의 일게 직원이 쓰레기를 다양하게 올려둔 사진을 올리고는 "나는 이게 집단지성이라고 본다"고 평가해서 해당 사진이 널리 퍼지자 국제사회에 집단지성을 알리며 타격을 주는 계기가 되었다.
