저희는 기술자와 상의했고, 거실 바깥에 해안가를 바라보는 앞 현관을 추가해 달라는 귀하의 요청은 문제가 되지 않을 것입니다. 
저는 또한 귀하께서 현재 주방에 있는 색보다 더 밝은 색조로 선택하는 것을 고려해 보시기를 추천 드립니다. 밝은 색이 분위기를 밝게 할 것입니다.
현재 전선은 너무 낡아서 화재의 위험이 있습니다

We consulted an engineer, and there shouldn’t be a problem with your request to add a front porch outside the living room, facing the shoreline. 
I also wanted to recommend that you consider going with a lighter hue than what is currently in the kitchen. It would brighten up the atmosphere. 
The current wiring is too old and could be a fire hazard.
