제3관 저작재산권의 보호기간

제39조(보호기간의 원칙)

① 저작재산권은 이 관에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 저작자가 생존하는 동안과 사망한 후 70년간 존속한다. <개정 2011. 6. 30.>

② 공동저작물의 저작재산권은 맨 마지막으로 사망한 저작자가 사망한 후 70년간 존속한다. <개정 2011. 6. 30.>

SECTION 4 Author’s Economic Rights

SubSection 3 Duration of Protection of Author’s Economic Rights

Article 39 (Principles of Copyright Term)

① The author’s economic rights to a work shall continue to subsist during the lifetime of an author and until the end of a period of 70 years after the death of the author, unless otherwise provided in this Sub-section. <Amended on Jun. 30, 2011>

② The author’s economic rights to a joint work shall continue to subsist for a period of 70 years after the death of the last surviving co-author. <Amended on Jun. 30, 2011>
