-to be about or connected with somebody/something
: ~과 관련이 있다 (= be involved in, be connected with)
e.g.)

Usually they have to do with fear. (*참고로: they는 사물-주어)
They have to do with management style. (*참고로: they는 사물-주어)
cf) 주어가 사물만 가능하다. 사람은 사용하지 않는다. 즉 주어로 사람은 불가능.

As it stands, it can't have a personal subject in modern English. But if you add a direct object, it can. So:
I have to do with Mr Smith. (X)
I have nothing to do with Mr Smith. (O)
I don't have to do with Mr Smith. (X)
I don't have a great deal to do with Mr Smith. (O)

-to be something that somebody does not need to know about or should not get involved in
: ~과 관련이 없다.
e.g.)
It's my decision—it's nothing to do with you.
‘How much do you earn?’ ‘What's it got to do with you?’
We don't have very much to do with our neighbours (= we do not speak to them very often).
I'd have nothing to do with him, if I were you.
